Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Product
Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
